Returns of products purchased on our online shop :

Any faulty items will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
Please email us your order number, name, address, email, phone number, a photo and full description at lyris.ecofriendlystyle@gmail.com
If you are unhappy with your purchase and simply wish to return it, items must be in original condition as purchased and all labels/tickets attached within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
